Angel City FC vs Washington Spirit: National Women’s Soccer League Preview, Matchday 22 of 26, 2024

Angel City FC is fighting in tenth place with twenty one points, fighting for the opportunity to make the playoffs this 2024 season in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).

Last season saw Angel City make a mid-season turn-around that led them to the playoffs, with a final push in the last regular season game against the Portland Thorns. They won that last match in October 2023 5-1 and are possibly hoping for a similar outcome in their remaining games.

The 2024 Women’s National Basketball League (WNBA) playoffs have begun and it opened with the Las Vegas Aces versus the Seattle storm.

The number four seed Aces hosted the number five seed Storm in Las Vegas at Michelob ULTRA arena to a sold out crowd. The Aces had a slight advantage with unanimous MVP A’ja Wilson, who scored 21 points and 8 rebounds.
